Margherita Pizza

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Total time: 25 minutes


  • 1 thin crust pizza dough
  • 5 tbsp of pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp of cheese</li
  • 8 buffalo mozzarella
  • 28 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil


  1. Mix the pizza sauce, lemon juice, oregano and salt in a bowl.
  2. Spread the sauce on the pizza base, then top it with cheese and the buffalo mozzarella.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes or until the cheese turns slightly golden brown.
  4. Take the pizza out of the oven and top it with basil leaves.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza, then serve.
