After leaving my hometown in Sydney, Australia and moving to Japan, I was faced with a personal challenge: learning how to cook. Somehow, I survived the first few months by eating food from the convenience store. One day, I decided to get my act together and cook my own food. I started out by watching online cooking videos and trying a few easy recipes. Since then, I have discovered a newfound love for cooking. The entire process of creating food from scratch, and sharing it with my loved ones add so much fulfilment to the culinary experience.
