Spanish Gazpacho Soup

Prep time:  5 minutes

Cooking time:  5 minutes

Total time:  10 minutes


  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 an onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 slice of toast diced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of cumin


  1. In a blender, put the tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber, onion, garlic clove, olive oil, salt and cumin.
  2. Blend for one minute for a chunky soup, or for four minutes for a smoother consistency.
  3. Dice the cucumber, capsicum and toast.
  4. Pour the soup into a bowl and garnish it with the diced ingredients.
