Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 an onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 slice of toast diced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of cumin
Instructions
- In a blender, put the tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber, onion, garlic clove, olive oil, salt and cumin.
- Blend for one minute for a chunky soup, or for four minutes for a smoother consistency.
- Dice the cucumber, capsicum and toast.
- Pour the soup into a bowl and garnish it with the diced ingredients.
