Rosemary and Chocolate Muffins

  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 3/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped rosemary
  • 150g of chocolate chips



  1. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar and oats in a bowl and stir it up.
  2. Mix the olive oil, eggs, and milk into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and rosemary, then gently fold the mixture together.
  4. Put about 1.5 tablespoon of the mixture into a muffin tray.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25 minutes, or until a skewer into the muffin comes out clean.
  6. Remove the muffins from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
