Ingredients
- 1 hamburger bun
- 1 avocado
- 400g of minced beef or pork
- 5 eggs
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 slice of cheese
- 2 slices of an onion
- 1/2 an onion, diced
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tbsp of oil
- Tomato sauce
Instructions
- Add the minced meat, diced onion, oregano, salt, pepper, and one egg into a large bowl and combine the mixture with your hands.
- Divide the mixture into four patties, seal it with plastic wrap and place it into the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
- Heat up a frying pan with olive oil and fry the patties for 6 minutes on each side or until the meat is brown.
- Remove the cooked patties from the pan, then fry the remaining eggs.
- In the meantime, assemble the burger by cutting a hamburger bun in half and squeezing tomato sauce on the bun.
- Place cheese, lettuce, meat patties, onion and avocado on the bun. Remove the egg from the pan and place it on top.
- Squeeze tomato sauce on the top of the ingredients, put the second half of the bun on top of the burger and pierce it with a skewer.
